The horizon, read across signals.
Foresight is the workspace that aggregates forward-looking signals from across the other assessments — disruption signals from Category, behavior shifts from Consumer, capability gaps from Company — and synthesizes a unified view of where things are heading. Different from "trends" — this is about convergence of signals across domains, where the next GLP-1-scale disruption lands.
Not yet built.
Foresight reads from the other workspaces rather than generating from scratch. It's the place where signals get triangulated — a disruption signal noted in Category Assessment plus a behavior shift noted in Consumer Assessment plus a capability gap in Company Assessment may together point at a real strategic inflection that none of them on their own would surface. The unit of work here is the cross-domain pattern, not the single observation.
-
Setup & framing. Engagement context, time horizon (18m / 36m / 60m), what counts as a meaningful signal.
-
Signal ingestion. Pull forward-looking signals from Category, Consumer, Company assessments for this engagement. Add cultural signals and external research.
-
Cultural read. Macro cultural movements that shape categories — generational shifts, value migrations, attention-economy changes, narrative inflections.
-
Convergence patterns. Where signals from multiple domains point in the same direction. The strategic patterns no single workspace would catch alone.
-
Scenarios. Alternative futures with trigger conditions, leading indicators, probability ranges. The branches a strategy has to be ready for.
-
Implications & watch list. What to monitor, what to act on, what to position for. The forward-looking output that feeds back into the other workspaces.
